Governance & Policy Project Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has arranged one-day stakeholder workshop on Jun 27, 2019, at local hotel Peshawar to apprise the stakeholders about integrated grievance redressal system housed in Right to Public Services Commission. This system will integrate all the provincial and districts level complaints center into one universal number 1800. While the complaints of the citizen fall under the jurisdiction of RTS Commission will be resolved at the Commission and will also be referred to Citizen Portal. This system will provide telephony solution to KP and PM Citizen Portal. The system is ready for launching and back-end preparation is in the final stages. This system is the first ever system being introduced in KP.
